สำนักข่าวโรงพิมพ์กล่าวว่า ฉลาก ที่บรรดาโรงพิมพ์นิยมคงหนีไม่พ้นที่นี่ที่เดียวดีมีคุณภาพและข่าวที่ว่า ตามที่ องค์กรความโปร่งใสระหว่างประเทศ จัดอันดับระดับปัญหาคอรัปชั่นใน 176 ประเทศทั่วโลก โดยประเทศที่มีความโปร่งใสปลอดคอรัปชั่นมากที่สุดในโลก คือ เดนมาร์ค ฟินแลนด์ นิวซีแลนด์ คว้าอันดับ 1 ร่วมกัน ด้านประเทศในอาเซียน สิงคโปร์ได้อันดับดีที่สุด ส่วนไทยรั้งอันดับ 88 ด้วยคะแนนความโปร่งใสเพียง 37 เต็ม 100 ซึ่งคะแนนยิ่งน้อยยิ่งทำให้เห็นว่า ประเทศนั้นๆ มีปัญหาการคอรัปชั่นมาก เพื่อเป็นการสะท้อนปัญหาคอรัปชั่นในประเทศที่น่าเป็นห่วง "สวนดุสิตโพล" มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนดุสิต ได้สำรวจความคิดเห็นของประชาชนทั่วประเทศ จำนวน 1,289 คน ระหว่างวันที่ 6 - 8 ธันวาคม 2555 สรุปผลดังนี้
ประชาชนมีความคิดเห็นอย่างไร? กรณี ไทยติดอันดับ 88 ประเทศคอรัปชั่น อันดับ 1 เป็นเรื่องน่าอาย ทำให้ภาพลักษณ์ของประเทศเสื่อมเสีย 33.25% อันดับ 2 เป็นปัญหาสำคัญที่ควรแก้ไขอย่างเร่งด่วน โดยเฉพาะรัฐบาลต้องรีบดำเนินการอย่างจริงจัง 28.06%
อันดับ 3 รู้สึกเป็นห่วงและสงสารประเทศไทย คนไทยทุจริตคอรัปชั่นกันมากขึ้น โดยเฉพาะนักการเมือง 22.96% อันดับ 4 มาตรการ บทลงโทษต่างๆยังไม่เด็ดขาดพอ เจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องละเลยต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ 15.73%

"สาเหตุ" ของการ "คอรัปชั่น" ในประเทศไทย คือ อันดับ 1 การใช้อำนาจหน้าที่ในทางที่ผิด เห็นช่องทางที่จะได้เงิน / มีคนยุ คนเสนอ 37.96% อันดับ 2 กฎหมายหย่อนยาน บทลงโทษไม่เด็ดขาด เจ้าหน้าที่ละเลยในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ รับสินบน 24.49% อันดับ 3 เกิดจากพฤติกรรม นิสัยส่วนตัว /ความโลภ ความอยากได้ไม่รู้จักพอ 20.67% อันดับ 4 สภาพสังคม เศรษฐกิจที่แย่ลง /ฐานะทางครอบครัวยากลำบาก /มีแบบอย่างที่ผิดๆให้เห็น 16.88%
"วิธีแก้ปัญหาคอรัปชั่น" ที่ประชาชนคิดว่าเป็นวิธีที่ดีที่สุดและเป็นรูปธรรมมากที่สุด คือ อันดับ 1 การปลูกฝัง อบรมสั่งสอนเลี้ยงดูบุตรหลานตั้งแต่วัยเยาว์ 43.08% อันดับ 2 กฎหมาย บทลงโทษต้องเด็ดขาด /เจ้าหน้าที่ภาครัฐเข้มงวดกวดขัน เอาจริงเอาจัง ไม่ละเลยในหน้าที่ 29.21% อันดับ 3 ทุกคนต้องร่วมมือกัน ช่วยกันเป็นหูเป็นตา หากพบเจอการทุจริตควรรีบแจ้งทันที ไม่ควรนิ่งเฉยหรือละเลย 15.57% อันดับ 4 ทุกภาคส่วนต้องช่วยกันรณรงค์ ประชาสัมพันธ์ให้คนไทยหยุดการทุจริตคอรัปชั่น /มีแบบอย่างที่ดี 12.14%
